    TurnoverBnB does NOT screen cleaners!

    Summary: I will never use or recommend this company after complaints to TurnoverBnB with not screening the cleaners.
    But, yet the one that stole from me is still on there under another fake name.
    Support is of NO help and couldn't care less, because they are getting their money.

    Positive: It was easy to use and got responses to my inquiries for a cleaner.
    But after what happened to me, nope, I'll never use them again.

    Negative: TurnoverBnB does NOT screen cleaners.
    I put in a quote and got responses from several cleaners in the area that my property is in.
    1 of them contacted me off of the site and didn't really think of any harm in doing so.

    WRONG!
    Turns out the cleaner was using several different names, not licensed, stole over $500.00 items from my property and did it to 4 other owners in the same area in a 4 month span.

    Police reports were filed and he was arrested.

    Reported to TurnoverBnB, and he is still on the site, but using another different name.

    DO NOT TRUST ANY CLEANER on this site.
    Ask for the cleaner's business license and a photo ID!

    Bait & Switch for cleaners

    Summary: Don't bother. A real disappointment. I went through a multi-day process and gave extremely sensitive information, including a copy of my driver's license only to be told that in order to be moved up their wait list, I need to bring my customers (property owners and hosts) to the platform and complete projects through them (and, of course pay their 5% fee).

    Positive: Nothing to like...I suppose if someone has an established customer base and is willing to bring those clients on to a platform where they will pay an additional 5% in fees, then this is the scam for you.

    Negative: As a cleaner, you have to bring all of your existing client base with you in order to have your application approved and begin receiving bids on available jobs. If you don't yet have clients and are looking to start or grow your business, you're completely out of luck.
