Summary: Trumba is a highly capable software platform that excels at syncing large volumes of event data, embedding smoothly into websites, and allowing multiple departments to manage or edit information seamlessly. It serves as an all-in-one hub for handling event sign-ups, automated reminders, and post-event follow-up emails, all backed by extensive options for data customization.However, getting started with the platform involves a bit of a learning curve, particularly for beginners. The backend user interface also feels somewhat dated and could benefit from a more modern visual update. Summary: My overall experience was good. I accomplished what I needed to do with only a little bit of trouble.

Positive: I like that it is easy to link the map to show the exact property location. Entering dates and times are simple too.

Negative: I think the layout could be improved to be more user-friendly/simplified.

Summary: The mental model of how Trumba conceptualizes events, calendars, and submissions, as well as the relationships between all these elements takes some getting used to, and the administration interface could definitely use some UX improvements. But the stability and branding customizability are commendable.

Positive: The system is solid. I can't remember a time where the service was down, or when it behaved in a way that couldn't be explained by some user action.

I don't want to understate the value of this. Stability is huge. So, please bear this in mind when reading nay critiques I may have.

Negative: Trumba allows you to configure a time zone for the account, or for a given calendar. But there is not (to my knowledge) an option to show the time zone information in the event, and the Trumba embed does not have an option to adjust the time zone based on the browser's reported time zone.

Summary: Overall Trumba has met all our needs. I would like to spend more time trying to figure out some of the features that are available I just have not had the time to do so.

Positive: I work for a Trauma hospital doing injury prevention, education and outreach events. I have found Trumba to be very helpful and user friendly. I have not had an issues using this platform and am very happy thus far. Support staff have been very helpful especially when I was new in my role.

Negative: I am sure there are many features I do not know how to use but one thing I was not able to figure out was how to have an event that has several time slots to sign up for without making each one a separate event.

The registration and tracking features are seamless, and the automated reminders and follow-ups are a huge time-saver. With everything centralized—from event details to attendee tracking—it’s so much easier to stay on top of logistics. Trumba has truly streamlined our planning process and made a big difference in keeping our team and audience on track.

Negative: Because it is so robust there is a steep initial learning curve to get the settings just the want you need them.
