    Great product to manage driving behaivors

    Summary: I really like TruckSpy and the ease of use. It makes managing drivers very easy, efficient and offers a professional way to address driving behaviors.

    Positive: TruckSpy is very easy to use. TruckSpy offers immediate feedback from the coach to the driver. It is easy to review current events and find events when needed. TruckSpy does not give many erroneous events. For example, following distance is always correct etc.

    Negative: TruckSpy does not have any cons as far as I am concerned.

    Summary: Very positive and useful "integration". we look forward to using more of the "system" over time and using the tablets for improved document management and signed pods.

    Positive: The "System" encourages good driving and provides metrics and data to measure customer service. Best feature is it's flexible and customizable.

    Negative: We had issues with tablets not charging but that was a wiring thing that was corrected.

    TruckSpy is a growing solution with great market potential

    Summary: I have participated in a project that has been a user for years. Every time we reached support for a question, we had prompt and satisfactory support. I am anxious to see where it is heading in the next years.

    Positive: Aspiring solution with great existing features, usability, and support.

    Negative: The solution is great. The only suggestion I can make to improve it, even more, is that TruckSpy could use a more intuitive interface, especially in the graphics and reports. Build a knowledge base with videos and an interactive content library. A product roadmap where users could make suggestions would be great too.

    Perfect pairing for my needs

    Summary: This software is getting better, all I would like to see is clearer instructions on how to updated anything online.

    Positive: Reports are easy to get to and down load, Fedex is pleased with the reports and all in order and easy to correct.

    Is there a guildbook online?

    Negative: I don't know where to change passwords and then when I found out and doesn't take right away and I get many emails tell me we cant connect.

    Flint is a fun and enthusiastic guy and has designed a useful product

    Summary: Overall the product has the ability to be very good but it is failing at some task that are important to my business. I am paying for a service and I don't like to keep reaching out to support for the same issues.

    Positive: The ability to use the IVMRs to easily transfer to FedEx.
    The ability to sync with ELD machines.
    Easy to navigate.

    Negative: The IVMR function has not been working properly and has the same issues each week.

    Very disappointed with error mileage information and service provided

    Summary: Was disappointed with the help given to correct the missing mileages and the issue with TruckSpy and Omnitracs systems.
    If the reports were accurate it would of been great for my drivers but now they must do their mileages and submit them without using any electronic system that your company offered. Also when the discrepancies were identified the help was limited in being able to correct it properly and then we were told that the account was closed. So sorry that it ended the way it did - my hope was that it would of been my answer to assist my drivers but it did not. Roger tried to help but his help was only to enter changes not fix the real problem.

    Positive: I had hoped that we had accurate reports and been led to trust TruckSpy for several months - but found out that the reports sent had been inaccurate from the start. I paid for inaccurate reporting and only found out when I did actual checking of the mileages myself.

    Negative: Inaccurate Reports were sent for my company to FedEx Ground - and notified that TruckSpy did not have an approved contract with Omnitracs to obtain the up to date information. I found out that the reports sent had been inaccurate from the start.
    I paid for over 1 year for inaccurate reporting and only found out when I did actual checking of the mileages myself.
    Payment for inaccurate reporting - was a very sad wake up call.
