Summary: Our overall experience was extremely frustrating. Their website clearly advertises a €45/month basic plan and indicates that API access is available for operator accounts. Based on that information, we spent a weekend building an API integration. When we reached out to onboard, they began screening us for additional information and then told us we would need to push at least €500k in revenue through the platform before they would consider onboarding us. This requirement is not disclosed anywhere on their website. If there are minimum revenue thresholds or restrictions for API access, they should state that clearly upfront. Instead, their current messaging led us to invest development time based on information that turned out to be misleading.
Positive: The documentation looked clear at first glance and suggested that API access was available with the basic plan.

None of this is stated on their website.
If there are minimum revenue requirements or restrictions on API access, they should clearly disclose that upfront instead of advertising a low-cost plan and open API access.
This ended up being a complete waste of time and development effort on our side.
They seriously need to update their website and be transparent about their requirements.
