    Big Disappointment

    Summary: Extremely disappointed in the performance. Had difficulty loading this and ended up texting with customer service. They were adequate at best, but very impatient. I was installing on multiple devices so it was a little challenging going from my laptop to my cell phone to my tablet. I kept getting warnings about a 2 minute limit or they'd cut off the contact. I'm sure it's because of their shitty metrics related to time on task rather than customer satisfaction at the outcome which is typical of customer "service" these days.

    Positive: Initially I liked the way it improved speed at login, but that feature only worked for a brief period of time.

    Negative: Does not function on my computer, an HP running Windows 11.
