Positive: We adore TimeLinx for a few reasons:

Negative: The software might be enhanced in a few areas, such the need for greater customization choices and better integration with other apps and services.

Summary: TimeLinx is well rounded project and service management solution, In particular companies already using tools like Sage CRM and Infor. Its ability to manage time tracking, expanse management and resource allocation is tremendous which makes it an excellent choice for organization looking for centralized business operations. Although its interface looks outdated but its robust functionality and integration capabilities makes it a reliable tool. Customer support is prompt and decent but a more intuitive UI and enhanced customization would significantly improve the overall user experience.

Positive: TimeLinx comes with seamless CRM integration. It works phenomenally well Infor and Sage for end to end project tracking. The time and expanse tracking features work flawlessly as well as ensures in providing accurate billing and financial insights. It is easily accessible across multiple devices which makes quite easily to manage multiple projects while on the go. It comes with a powerful resource management tool that allows smooth scheduling and work load balancing across teams. One can easily track budgets and optimize operations just by looking into reporting having valuable insights on project progress.

Negative: The user dashboard still feels outdated, it would be more beneficial for users with an intuitive UI and modern design. For initial users it can be overwhelming and requires detailed technical learning to learn its entire potential. Sometimes tailoring reports as per my organizational needs are bit difficult as its customization in reporting is somewhat limited.

Summary: Overall I can say that there is nothing wrong in using it for the first time . I can clearly vouch for the application that it will definitely helps you to get your billables right for which most of us are working as In freelancing it is very difficult to manage a project development and deliver it as per the client deadline.

Positive: 1. The most important thing which I like about the application is their customer support. Doesn't matter how good you have made your application if your the user have to wait long hours just to get resolved their issue which is why I have given full stars to TimeLinx in this category.

2. Being an Freelancer and director to the Marketing and advertising company our totally billables comes from the client. So. For us It become very neccessary to be transparent and show the proper Daily status report and login hours of the team. Through this , we can check our employees working stats and moreover client can check out progress and parts where we have achieve the daily target so that there will no cutting losses in the payment.

Negative: Well, Personally speaking I have never found any dislike or disadvantage in this application. I have used dozens of the same category for example timesheet or PCS but none of them worked as we need. But TimeLinx solve all the issues and meets all the requirements.

Summary: Overall, TimeLinx was a great platform to implement in one of my prior organizations, they were happy, and they still use it, I had no problem implementing it and things still do work like a charm.

Positive: I like the simplicity and old school UI interface that they still have adopted.
Apart from that, I love how fast it works, I have used, and even implemented many standard alternatives like ServiceNow, DFM etc, and I have to agree this is quite fast.
Apart from that an fully customized application for field engineers is a great add-on provided by TimeLinx team.
plus integration of HRM/CRM are an add-on with this platform.

Negative: The mobile application is quite old school, but apart from that still, its sync speed is astonishing.
Apart from that, a fully trained dedicated person should be assigned for all customizations need.

Negative: More update need for the software and adding more tools will much easier to handle the software..some times have a little lag in Windows old version.
