    Summary: Overall if you are a small business/nonprofit who is in need of a POS system geared towards your business look no further than ThirftCart.

    Positive: The Round Up feature that ThriftCart offers customers during checkout has already paid for the system in 4 months! It is very easy to learn and customize to your business' needs! The reporting that ThriftCart offers has also helped us learn so much about our business that we did not know before. I would highly recommend!

    Negative: The only con I would have is that support is only reachable by email. While they are quick to respond, in some cases it would be beneficial to be able to call them in emergency situations.

    Summary: We are now tracking our sales much better at our thrift store. The round up program has been bringing in at least one thousand extra dollars a month for us!

    Positive: It's simple and easy to teach people how to use the point of sale system. I like the ease of pulling reports and of course, the round-up program has been great!

    Negative: I can't think of anything that we don't like. We have had a few hiccups with the credit card machine locking/freezing but other than that, it has been great!

    Summary: This system has made my life so much easier. Their technical support has been immediate and cleared up any issues. I would recommend them.

    Summary: Overall - 5 STARS

    You will not get better service or bang for the buck. Customer Service, Round-up's take care of your subscription, and it's sooooo user-friendly, even for those who are tech-challenged.

    Positive: Besides the affordability, ThriftCart enables us to collect "round-up donations", which more than pay the monthly costs. Also, you cannot find a more responsive support team. Anytime we have an issue, question, etc., they get back almost immediately. Want more? Add more modules. No commitment, just an added subscription.

    It's volunteer-friendly, which means anyone of age can use it with minimal training. There are even training videos linked inside of each module showing you how-to's.

    Negative: This doesn't change my 5-STAR rating, but there are things you need to know:
    1. Must have internet. It's a cloud service.
    2. The only way for it to properly work is to use Mozilla Firefox. If you do not have your folders, saved information, organization's passwords, etc. saved there, it's pretty inconvenient. But it's only for the POS & you can always use the browser you're used to, to search fair market pricing for store pricing & have saved TONS of information i.e. Pandora, Spotify, eBay, Amazon, etc. We added a second screen to get around this.
    3. Unlike Quickbooks POS, the daily count IS the FINAL daily count. You cannot go back & change any mistakes that were made. Even with Mgmt. permissions. Theft is real, but it's tedious to not have this option in certain cases. Still better than their (QB POS) customer service!!

    Summary: Increased our sales dramatically due to the increase in production. I would definitely recommend this to any store front.

    Positive: We love the simple setup and the ease of use. Used Square and others nothing beats Thrift Cart for Thrift Stores!!

    Negative: No problems great customer service!!! If they don't answer the phone they usually call back within 15 minutes.

    ThriftCart is Amazing!

    Summary: ThriftCart in the short 4 months we have used them for our POS system has been just amazing. The team here is amazing in their willingness to listen and address your concerns whenever possible on their end. I never felt pressured in the beginning to go with ThriftCart when I was looking at POS Systems out on the market and this was a plus for me. I would highly recommend that anyone operating a Thrift Style store consider looking into what this company can do for them, because it has made my job as a ReStore manager so much better!

    Positive: The flexibility is great, the ease of use for our industry that utilizes volunteers to conduct a vast majority of our POS operations! The program has a lot of flexibility to set it up to how you operate your thrift store which is awesome!

    Negative: I only have one minor drawback and that is I personally like to communicate on most issues with a live person. Support is done via email or text and this is frustrating but by no means not enough to make me upset in any manner!

    Easy to learn and install and the price is great.

    Summary: Installed 2 POS terminals and an Android tablet for the store manager. The POS terminals are run by volunteers, and they were able to run them very quickly.

    Positive: It fits our thrift store business very well. The POS meets all of our needs, and we plan to begin using donations and pickup. It has every function we need.

    Negative: Equipment to set up (all in one PC's for POS) is a little on the expensive side, but the cashiers love the big screens.
