    Weak customer support and services

    Summary: Stay away from them, scam. Don't recommend it to anyone. Reached out to their support team with proof and they still refuse to help.

    Positive: Good pitch on their services, that's how they draw you in.

    Negative: Purchased a $129 monthly subscription from them. Without any notice they send you a "TSW File", you can even Google this and there aren't many TSW file converts to view the file. After downloading a few apps and reaching out to their support asking for a refund because I was unable to view a file, they were taking days to reply and lack of response on each reply, no refund was given.

    Why sell a service and make the file difficult to open? When asked for a refund, instead of helping they said you opened the file that's it (even with proof of screenshots).
