    Summary: In general, great benefit, good price-performance-ratio. We like very much the competent team in Cologne, as well the the technical support in Tallinn, Estonia.

    Positive: Great speech quality, very good voice recognition. Easy set-up of flows and integration of AI. Reporting tool is fantastic, every session is transcribed and saved at once.

    Negative: In the beginning, it took some time to understand, how to use the software.
