A PURE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY Edited: Apr 04 2021
Summary: One word comes to mind " DISASTROUS" I requested a refund 5 days into my paid subscription. There is no 24/7 support they are located in Ukraine, if you're not in their time zone you're in trouble. His chat response to my request for a refund.
"Sir, we give you the service for one month, and we'll add the branded app for you, either way, if you don't want to continue, you don't have to pay ever again, no refunds, because we already deliver the project for a month "Positive: Sadly, I honestly cannot say anything positive about TaxiAdmin. This is a SaaS company that looks great on paper but the reality is totally different. They claim to have a vast user base. I must take their word for it.
Negative: The UI really looks like an old DOS page makeover, archaic and visually unappealing. We went through a 2 week FREE trial period with no progress nothing was working to start testing. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I then purchased a month of service, I paid the requested 129.00. As of this writing "5 weeks in" we are no closer to launching a test product than we were on day one. The system is full of bugs !! TaxiAdmin’s support appears to be a one-man show forget 24/7 service, he had no time to set up the system to even demonstrate that it can do what they claim.. My account exec/support person whatever he wishes to call himself had an attitude that basically said.. “I give you our platform you figure it out!! “ If you’re not a rocket scientist or software engineer you’re in deep poop !! The online booking form is the best example I can give you , something as simple as a field for the passenger's name is non existent, In our 30 years in the passenger transportation business, experience tells us there are 5 basic elements to make up a transportation reservation (1) A PASSENGER (name) (2) Pickup Date and Time (3) Pickup Address (4) Drop-off Address (5) How you’re going to pay... If you don't have that you don't have squat !! Many of the forms and directions in the application still display in Ukrainian, Russian or Belarusian I really haven't figured that out but it's a real irritant.
