Summary: So far have not had a great experience and will not renew with the product next year. they lie (support said 2nd tier would be there on the weekend - they aren't open on the weekend), they blame the customer, they said the output (print) could be optimized for how you want to print your files, but in fact it cannot. Just so many glitches and no schedules - you cannot enter a schedule and go to it.

Positive: Cheap product, web based - there is nothing else that is good about the product.

Negative: Besides the obvious - you can't use schedules for T2s. The balance sheet summary does not match what you enter into the details - when you call customer service, they hang up on you and tell you it's your entries that are the problem - except - it's not. The detail assets & liabilities are correct, the summary does not carry the totals over and therefore won't allow for the filing of the return.
