Summary: Using this system in the Healthcare field during a pandemic is priceless. We are so fortunate we found something to assist in the care for the patients while providing safety.
Positive: Being able to upload our schedule makes life very easy! The process is seamless and easy to maintain.
Negative: Wish I could set up alerts to notify me when a schedule isn't loaded.

Summary: Excellent, super efficient, keeps us socially distancing at entrance!!! Can’t imagine going back to pen and paper!
Positive: Texting guests frees up time for hosts and managers! Preferences are easily noted and communicated to all!
Negative: Asks for phone number first. Most guests want to give you name first.

Customer Service Second to None. Date: Feb 09 2021
Summary: The customer service is amazing... We had a programming issue that was fixed within 2 hours of submitting a ticket. This is speed that is rarely seen with software issues.
Positive: This gave us a much needed solution to a touch-less solution for customers waiting for tables. It is much more secure and user friendly than texting them directly.
Negative: As an admin, it would be nice to have an administration console for all locations in one login.

Summary: Overall, this is a tremendous product that is extremely easy to use. The texts that are sent to the candidates, both when they're added to the queue and when we're ready for them, are customizable.
Positive: This product empowers our candidates with a decision to wait in a physical socially-distant line or return to their cars until we are ready for them to come in. We had upset candidates before when they had no choice but to wait in an outdoor line, especially when the weather was not cooperative. There have been few complaints with this new system.
Negative: The only negative is the price - I think it's a little bit high per month. But with the results we've had, it's worth it.

Summary: Overall it is simple to use and very effective. That’s exactly what we needed to do. We are very busy restaurant and are very pleased with this product.
Positive: This product is extremely simple to use. Can do reservations and wait list for a busy restaurant. Send a text message out to notify people when table is ready and can also message them if they do not show up.
Negative: So far we do not have any cons with this product.

Summary: It is exactly what we needed and wanted. It reports out what we are looking for. We have control and can get the information needed and get our customers in and out.
Positive: It is easy and you keep in contact with the customer. It give the reports we need for management.
Negative: I have not heard of any. It give us what we need to function.

Helped us pivot in the COVID era Date: Jan 15 2021
Summary: There was certainly a learning process for staff, it would have been beneficial to have training resources available. In order to better remain in compliance with covid restrictions we had to abandon the online reservation system for customers which means we don't use Tables Ready to its fullest.
Overall, the price and functionality is satisfactory.Positive: The best feature is the paging system through customer's cell numbers. We integrated with our Square POS as well and changed the way we conduct food service.
Negative: Not a fluid system amongst features and offers too few parameters. I wish there was a limit to how far out a customer could reserve a table.
