    Steer Clear of TableAgent

    Date: Jan 16 2025

Summary: There "service" started booking reservations without our consent and when I tried to contact them to resolve the issue I was called a "Piece of S@#$" and was told to go "F^@& myself"....literally. I have a son in San Diego and next time I am there I will be dropping by there office to say hello :)

Positive: Not a damn thing. In fact, I would bet these guys run a lot more scams than this one. I only hope they get shut down sooner than later.

Negative: Very poor customer service and pretty much everything about them.

    Buyer Beware

    Date: Mar 20 2023

Summary: This is an unethical business and you should be very wary before even trying it out. I do not recommend anyone use this program.

Positive: They do have a free option, but it is not a robust program and does not integrate with any of our other software or POS.

Negative: Even if you try their free version and decide it is not for you, they will not close your account. I emailed numerous times requesting this, called and was hung up on twice, and then they removed my access to log into my own account but will not take my business off their software. I have had to report them to the California Attorney General's office.
