    Summary: T-Mobile is not customer friendly! Don't go there! I am switching to Verizon! T-Mobile does not know how to help people in a professional manner!

    Positive: I didn't like it when it changed from Sprint to T-Mobile! Sprint's voicemail app was much better! The people at T-Mobile are very rude and not interested in customers from Sprint!

    Negative: I was with Sprint for years and then had to switch to T-Mobile. It worked great while being a Sprint customer! Then it changed to this logo. Just recently I was told by someone that they left me messages. I never did receive them! I tried doing a hard reset on my phone, went into settings to try and figure out why. I then thought if I uninstalled it and reinstalled it that.I might be able to retrieve this person's message. Now I am not able to reinstall it! It gives me a message saying I can't reinstall it on my Samsung Galaxy S10 because it was made for an older version. I took it to a T mobile store and they were very rood and were not interested in helping me! Customer service was not helpful as well! I want Sprint back! They were friendly and could fix anything!!
