Summary: I am very satisfied with Syncro. I don't use ticket and invoice, only RMM.
Billing is simply for MSP providers like us.Positive: Easy and customizable. There are many scripts and alerts.
I am very satisfied with billing per user and not per device.Negative: Splashtop doesn't works very well.

They could use a better dashboard hiding invoice and ticketing for those users don't use.
They don't have an installer via network. -

Summary: I just started my business and love the functionality, integrations and price. Pricing per support technician, is so much easier than per unit cost.
Positive: I love the integrations with Pax8 and Quickbooks. Recurring invoicing makes my life so much easier.
Negative: I don't really like the dashboard, it doesn't do much for me.

Summary: So far after our first year using Syncro we are overall satisfied. For a beginning RMM it serves our needs.
Positive: I like that Syncro is user based. I love the customer service as well. We also like the follow up from Syncro when there is an issue.
Negative: I cannot generate certain reports I would like to have. We have requested what we would like and it is being worked on.

Summary: Overall, Syncro was a great product with a lot of features, and the price was comparable to other options. However, the interface was clunky and not super easy to learn.
Positive: Syncro was great because it gave our staff a lot of possibilities to handle support tickets without needing 2 separate platforms.
Negative: It isn't really a "con," but we were promised price savings and we didn't really see that play out. The cost was on par with other MSP providers.

Summary: I love using Syncro for basic RMM for my customers. I'm a small break/fix shop trying to move to MSP space, and synchro has been a huge help. I'm not convinced all of their services are completely ready for "enterprise", but they certainly work well for me in most instances.
Positive: I primarily use Syncro for remote control functionality, but I've started dabbling in some scripting, which I've enjoyed too. The customer section and asset sections are a big help too.
Negative: Windows update seems to be a bit of a struggle yet. Feature upgrades, and MS Office patching doesn't seem to work well either.

Summary: Really good for SME MSPs and will more development will be a fantastic product. The regular updates and QoL features are very good.
Positive: The scripting and automated tasks are really useful for small teams as you can add value to your clients without it taking up technician's time. For example whenever a machine is detected to have less then 10% hard drive space Syncro runs our "clear temp files" script and logs a ticket with time added. This means none of our clients will ever run out of space and we're still tracking the time worked on it.
The UI is fairly intuitive and they releasing QoL on a frequent schedule. The community forums are pretty active too with Syncro staff taking part in the discussions.Negative: We're a small office of 9 people and on occasion will be get an error that our IP address has sent too many requests in a short period of time which means we have to wait 5-8 seconds before continuing, our boss has got himself his own IP address to get around this!

Not neccesarly a criticism but Syncro is a GREAT product for new/small MSPs but you may outgrow it as your business expands, that being said if they keep up with their developments and improvements this could change. -

Summary: Very good reporting processes. A little cumbersome in producing an invoice from scratch, without a previously made work ticket.
Positive: Ease of access and navigation. Good access to reports, which are easily customized to suit our needs.
Negative: Not easy to cancel or refund an invoice if needed.

Summary: Overall, I'm glad I found Syncro when I did. I left one of their competitors primarily because it was overseas and the training times didn't work. I wanted a local team without language barriers that could help me scale my workload up. I have been happy overall and look forward with hope for continued improvements.
Positive: Syncro has helped me to scale my impact with my users in a way that has helped me to expand my business in a large way. The RMM functionality is really great for helping me to find issues and fix things quickly. The desktop agent and ticketing system is super helpful for helping clients feel "heard" and have a quick way to get to a resolution on their end. Reporting has gotten a lot better and the deployment process is pretty smooth. Having this bundled into a single pane of glass and coupled with remote access applications is really fantastic.
Negative: As helpful as the team wants to be (and this is commonly shown via the AMA calls and office hours) they seem pretty slow to act. The tool seems to be built well for a MVP solution. There are ongoing issues that I have seen for months now without a fix. Sometimes the team sends new features without thorough QA and ends up breaking key functionality. The documentation hasn't been maintained as things were rolled out, so the internal knowledge base and training files are incorrect now. The invoicing is unreliable at times and the reporting, while getting better, is not perfectly trustworthy yet.

Summary: LOVE the platform. LOVE the people. LOVE the community.
Although this isn't the PERFECT platform, i don't think there IS a PERFECT platform. I will continue to use Syncro because our team loves it and it makes our day-to-day operation stress free...Positive: Simplicity of everything. Pricing model. Communication with its clients. Scripting. Even the community within Syncro is great!!
Negative: Tech support can be hit and miss. Quickbooks connector isn't always the easiest to work with.

Summary: I have used Syncro for nearly two years now and I would consider myself a fan of it. It was easy to learn the ins and outs, the workflow is convenient, and it is feature-rich.
In the future, I would like to see more options for customizing the user interface. In particular, the dashboard has a lot of potential, but I rarely use it right now because of its static layout.Positive: Ease of use, multi-faceted, lots of integrations. The background tools in particular are nice for remote access.
Negative: UI lacks customization, some scheduled scripts have been broken and only run intermittently (support did not resolve this issue), Syncro Live service breaks sometimes after disconnecting from a remote client which breaks future remote connections until the service is restarted.
