Summary: The product is great, the support is great. We recommend it as a great solution for building access awareness & control.

Positive: Reliable. Accessible. Effective. Works as advertised. Once it is set up it works with minimal 'IT' maintenance.

Negative: It took a bit to work through the processes and understand how it works.
It would be great if the cost of additional locations / devices was not so expensive. We have multiple entry points to the same building, but can't justify the expense of adding additional devices in the same building - kind of like Swiped-On-Pocket, but for the building.

Summary: It has been handy to track movement of staff and is easy to use and is a record for our strict bio operations.

Positive: Easy to use staff are tracked between site and is great for a bio need and great for visitors to use.

Negative: Nothing really to speak of as it has operated well in the last 6 months.

Summary: I like, It makes my job not so much of me having to get up and down they check in and pick who they want to visit. And the employee comes up to get their visitor.

Positive: I don't have to get up for everyone that comes through the door. Makes my life easier. I like that they get their badge to wear right from the printer, So they're ready when the employee comes up to get them.

Negative: Not sure that i have any. It doesn't have any issues that happen on a regular basis. The costumers don't seem to have problems with it.
