Not everyone will require the same from a PDF handling tool, it's worth comparing several tools first, but SwifDoo PDF is a must-have for PDF users.

Positive: This is another combine for editing, converting and creating PDF files, surpassing some elite PDF programs of its type in many respects and clearly previewing the solutions offered before Adobe Acrobat.

The application has an OCR module, which is probably the best I've ever used.

Negative: The application itself is available in the freemium version, but it offers in practice only the ability to view documents. Moreover, you can only edit the content of the document in the desktop version.

Summary: I'm buying the perpetual use license so that I don't have to bother with Adobe anymore. It seems worth it.

Positive: It has all the features that I usually use from the Adobe Acrobat Pro Suite, including cropping, merging, adding text, and signing PDFs. No need to look any further. Perpetual use license available.

Negative: It has a few spelling errors sprinkled throughout the dialog boxes, nothing major. The perpetual use license is priced a little higher at 120$ now. Only 2 device licenses, but these devices can be swapped endlessly.

Summary: Using this platform has become a perfect solution for us, because it has helped us to create more than 100 PDF files since we started using it, in addition, this platform has been perfect for transferring information from any document to a format PDF, without having to do it manually, since previously we spent a lot of time writing step by step each document in Word or Excel format in PDF format, with the help of this platform we have been able to convert these documents to PDF format in a matter of seconds, in addition, I I have loved the precision with which it does this, as it is able to copy all the information accurately, without removing important information from that document. Positive: SwifDoo is an amazing platform to have a perfect access and editing of any type of PDF file, with the help of this platform you can have a conversion of documents to PDF files, but at the same time you can edit any PDF file or create one from scratch, also , you can also transfer information from a document to a PDF file in seconds. One of the main features that I like about this platform is that it has a built-in digital signature system, this perfect system to be able to sign any type of PDF file that we receive printed, in addition, the form is capable of detecting any type of signature field inserted in a PDF file, so that we can insert the signature with the press of a button, the digital signature system works perfectly, and allows up to 10 signatures to be created within the same user panel. I really love the PDF file editing features that this platform has, it allows me to modify the text font, the size of the letters, images, insert links, insert highlighted words and many other things, the PDF file editor is really very complete. Swifdoo has a free version, that version has also been to my liking, despite the fact that I use it for a very short time, in addition, the PDF file document conversion system works wonderfully, you can convert several documents at the same time as a PDF file , or you can convert a PDF file to Word or Excel format.

Negative: One of the main drawbacks that I found when using this platform is that the paid version is limited with respect to the number of clients or users that can register with the same subscription, this is quite negative since I have had to buy several subscriptions within this platform so that most of our employees can use it within their work area, since this platform does not allow several clients or employees to enter the same subscription, the plans it offers are limited to one or two subscription customers.

Summary: SwifDoo PDF provides a home screen where you can easily view recently opened pdfs for viewing, editing and signing, etc. The program offers many tools for working with pdf files. You can create documents from scratch, combine files into a single PDF, edit a PDF, enhance scanned documents, and much more. It's light, yet responds fast.

Positive: A great program for creating and editing pdf files. The program is easy to use and very intuitive, just like a typical program for office applications. The program supports most popular file formats.

Negative: App works good. So none for now.

Summary: After being a Swifdoo paying customer for the past three years, we have decided that it is not a product directed for business use.
The product is in practice a good product, with a plethora of features and functionality, but quite an unfinished product in many ways, due to the numerous support issues we have experienced altogether, that are definitely software bugs never solved.
The main issue we had with Swifdoo was not the software issues themselves, as it is expected from software, but the Swifdoo Customer Support and the lack of actual support.
Everytime we requested support, the answer would always fallback to "reinstall and try again", or "download the latest version from our website and try again". Never, once, did the Swifdoo Customer Support requested any log or made an actual attempt to ascertain what could be the issue and can it be fixed?
After three years and lots if uninstall/reinstall processes that never fixed the real issues, we decided to move away.
It is a real shame, as to be honest, there is a lot of potential in the product for the price, but if you run into issues constantly, then the scenario changes.

Positive: Lots of good features, that usually are part of more premium or expensive options in competitive products: forms, e-signing and document manipulation.
Great compatibility and supportability for different PDF formats,

Negative: The user interface is a bit outdated, quite unstable to work with, specially with bigger PDF documents, crashing many times when opening or working in these, making it unreliable for business use.
Customer Support is completelly obliviated from customer reality, lacking in helpfulness and big relliance on "reinstall and try again".

Summary: Customer service was not helpful, and in the end just stated that I did not even download the product, so they do not need to help me. I will try downloading it again.

Positive: Since the app would not open once downloaded, I cannot say what is good. The information on other websites would indicate that this product is what I need, so I was looking forward to working with it.

Negative: The app does not open, so no information for the license cannot be inputted, and the instructions in the app cannot be accessed. I went to the website for the app for the download. After four attempts to install the program, I obtained the same result.
