Summary: Overall this is great, and helps me with managing my customer pipeline. Wouldn't hurt to add an integration to outreach as well.
Positive: Quite a thing. Helps analyze threads in a way that is genuinely special - power dynamics, upper hand, stuff like that. Impressive.
Negative: No integration to affinity CRM, a bit disappointing.

Positive: We have been using Substrata for quite sometime, and are happy with the quality of the software. It has reduced our time in writing EMAILS and achieving productivity with affordability. Substrata is helpful for dealmakers and sales professionals. It increased the prospects conversion of our business by using the power of social signal processing through AI. It not only decoded the underlying emotions in email conversations but also gave us an edge to better negotiate the business deals. Product features are cool and helped us to refine our communication thus raising our performance in dealmaking.
Negative: I could not find any major downside of the software. However, their help center can use more content like training videos etc for guidance of the user. This would simplify the use of software for newbie.
