Strapi Description
Strapi is an open-source content management system that helps businesses create and manage content for websites and mobile applications.
It allows tech teams to spin up projects faster, thanks to the REST or GraphQL API generated out of the box. 100% JavaScript, Strapi works smoothly with modern tools. You can easily customize either the API endpoints or the admin panel, as well as add plugins or integrations for other tools. No need to compromise if you can customize!
With Strapi, editorial or marketing teams can independently create and manage new content, without asking the dev team for help. They can also use custom components to quickly create new pages. It's the golden middle between custom-developed pages and website builders.
Strapi supports text, images, videos, audios and PDF files. It lets you have multiple site or app versions in different languages. You can also restrict the access to the admin panel by setting different roles and permissions. Strapi can be used for multiple websites or apps and deliver content from one source of truth to as many channels as you want.

Saves Money, Fast Project Setup with Templates Date: Nov 20 2025
Summary: I use Strapi to publish and update project information and images. Strapi helps us avoid manual code updates and saves server costs compared to WordPress. I appreciate the templates for faster project structure definition but find deployment via GitHub cumbersome for non-technical users. I rate setup ease 8/10 and would highly recommend it.
Positive: I like using Strapi because it allows me to publish and update our project information and pictures without needing to do manual updates directly to the code. This is especially beneficial since we use a static website, and it helps us save money by avoiding the costs associated with server payments, such as those we would incur with platforms like WordPress. I appreciate the templates in Strapi, which significantly speed up the process of defining our project's structure, eliminating the need to delve into coding. This feature is particularly advantageous because it simplifies the setup process, allowing for a more efficient workflow.
Negative: I find the deployment process using GitHub and requiring a manual install initially to be cumbersome. This approach introduces extra steps, which can be quite daunting for non-technical users, effectively acting as a barrier.

It’s helped us save time, reduce costs, and focus more on our mission.
Positive: Strapi Cloud has been a game-changer for our nonprofit—easy to use, flexible, and perfect for managing content efficiently without needing a large tech team.
The low prices of Strapi Cloud free up valuable resources, allowing our nonprofit to invest more in community programs, outreach efforts, and direct support for those we serve.Negative: Not any as now but just one downside is the limited built-in analytics, which means we rely on external tools to track content performance and user engagement.
