Summary: Stays.net is currently among the best channel managers in the world, so I know that I am conducting my business with the latest in the market. If it could encourage an improvement, it would be the API connection with the portals. The Cross Selling tool is the strong point, as it facilitates the partnership with companies that act in the same way as us.
Positive: The dynamism combined with the ease of operation and the simplicity of the system. I also like customer service and instruction manuals.
Negative: Sometimes the answers were not satisfactory for solving the problem, and so the time for the solution was increased.

Summary: The system is great for managing properties. I am still learning how to use it, but I definitely recommend it.
Positive: What I like about the system is the possibility to manage the calendars on many channels. Another thing that made our lives easier was the financial management of the owners. I'm not using the company's financial management yet, but it will be our next step, along with accounting. The support team is Brazilian, and that helps a lot too.
Negative: I think Stays could have an app, mainly for consultations (including the approval and sending of special offers). I saw that this topic is already on Stays worldmap to be developed.
