    Cost effective solution for any busy small - medium sized business

    Summary: We've been using Statii now since 2017, and we haven't looked back! Over all I’ve been really impressed with it and it’s really helped our business improve efficiency, increase our GM's and helped support us with keeping up with the increased demands of our customers.

    Positive: I spent quite a long time looking for a simple to use solution to help with tracking the production and administration for our business and found Statii by searching the internet. After quite a bit of research and comparing it to other systems, I could tell straight away that it was going to be perfect for us. We wanted something very simple and user friendly. To be able to log hours taken on jobs using tablets on the shop floor has given us the insight to see which jobs are being quoted correctly and which jobs haven’t.

    It's also helped us to make significant progress on the administrative side of our quoting to invoice paper trails, especially compared to the word, spreadsheet and accounts package systems we were using.

    We like the simple design and have managed to gradually get used to the system and adapt it to how it works best for us. We are now at a point where we have a useful database of products and costings which cover the majority of our processes saving us a huge amount of time allowing us to quote more quickly and keep detailed records of every order for traceability and repeatability. We haven't quite cracked the inventory side of it yet, but that's not a Statii problem, that's an us problem! ;)

    Negative: I love how its constantly being developed, but overnight there might be an update that leaves you baffled and you don't get informed about any additional features that have been added on, so you aren't aware of it until you happen to come across it, and so you don't know if the changes are useful to your business or not until you phone into the team and ask what the new function does.
