STARTA was extremely helpful in our recent application submission. After completing the majority of the application, all copies and the original were sent to Cincinnati to be completed. Due to a shipping error, our binders ended up in Wisconsin. The application was due to be submitted the next day, and it could not have been returned in time for us to meet the deadline. We knew that we had to finish the application within 12 hours, after having already spent 3 days on it.
