Starta offers a comprehensive set of hosted Enterprise Resource Planning services that manages documentation, information, communication and projects for your Affordable Housing Development portfolio. The Starta System, which is hosted, is unique among ERPs due to its low price, ability to extend to all departments within your organization, as well as to external partners and vendors. STARTA was extremely helpful in our recent application submission. After completing the majority of the application, all copies and the original were sent to Cincinnati to be completed. Due to a shipping error, our binders ended up in Wisconsin. The application was due to be submitted the next day, and it could not have been returned in time for us to meet the deadline. We knew that we had to finish the application within 12 hours, after having already spent 3 days on it.
