    Great digital rewards program

    Summary: Convenience of being digital, easy to manage and track. Push notifications are helpful. Gamify options were good , can be made more engaging.

    Negative: Doesnt support multiple rewards options- eg. One for food (higher value) and other coffee /beverages (lower value)
    Need more marketing from the company as not many people aware of this.

    Stamp Me - Punch Card Program

    Summary: Overall this program has been great and our customers seem to really love it! A punch card tied to an app is brilliant!

    Positive: The ease, convenience, and customizable functionality. From the customer perspective to the back end dashboard, it's really easy to use and makes earning a reward easy and attainable.

    Negative: The dashboard needs to reboot and restart often. Also, it would be nice to develop more robust reporting tools.
