Positive: Sporo provides a convenient solution for physicians to manage patients and keep transcripts with summaries of each visit of the patient. This makes it easy to keep track of how patient's symptoms.
Negative: I have not found any issues and everything worked out well so far.

Summary: Overall I really like them and their product, saves a lot of time and the more you understand it the more useful it becomes.
Positive: 1. It allows you to upload some of your old notes and drafts templates for you. The AI also learns to write like the notes you uploaded.
2. It’s HIPAA complaint and they have a nice little summary with all the controls and policies they can provide.
3. They have a cool feature where you upload PDFs and any lab results and created summaries for you before you see each patient.
4. They also have a co-pilot where you can ask questions about the patient and answers based on all previous visitations and documents in the system.

6. Their customer support is amazing and they spend time with you fixing any issues you come across.Negative: - You need to have an onboarding with them. I came across a lot of questions when I tried to onboard myself.
