    Summary: The customer service will acknowledge the vanishing views problem if you complain, but won't actually fix it. Don't bother, and find a better promotion site.

    Positive: Website is easy to navigate and the customer team, whilst ineffective, do respond in a reasonable time frame.

    Negative: Your order will probably get processed, then will probably vanish overnight. Comments you buy will all be from either Afghanistan or Turkey. Complain to the support team if you like, it won't make a difference to the end result. IE, a video with 40 views and 70 likes, and with 20 comments from Abdul Al Turkmen and co. Terrible.
