    Summary: Email complaint, with evidential emails sent to snapmuse requesting initial account cancellation have not been replied to. Snapmuse have so far refused to refund the charge.

    Negative: DO NOT USE. Snapmuse have stopped communicating with me, failing to resolve a complaint. After refunding me for a previous erroneous charge (Free Trial Ending) Snapmuse then failed to cancel my subscription and one year later, charged me another full years subscription.

    Refusing to give my money back

    Summary: Unsatisfied with Snapmuse services because they are unwilling to work with their customers. I will not be a returning and I feel they should work better with their customers.

    Positive: No - Pros. Because I personally didn’t like their music or customer service via email. I will never use their services again.

    Negative: Snapmuse refused to refund my money back to me.
    I received a notice money was coming out, but never received an email stating my trial was running out.
    I have sent three emails stating this is unacceptable.

    The website doesn’t have a place to cancel services, but it has a place to update your card information.
