    Hasn’t responded to multiple customer service requests for many months

    Summary: Miserable. What is there to say? This company has ghosted my client and me. We have a dedicated rep, too. Direct attempts to reach her (and others) have simply been ignored.

    Positive: Unfortunately, there are no pros for us. The site is useless. We cannot collect email signups. We cannot access any reporting. We are dead in the water.

    Negative: WHEN WILL YOU RETURN A CUSTOMER’S MANY ATTEMPTS TO REACH YOU? WHEN WILL YOU FIX THE BROKEN LINK ON OUR HOME PAGE THAT HAS PREVENTED US FROM COLLECTING NEW NEWSLETTER RECIPIENTS … FOR MONTHS?!? WHEN WILL YOU GIVE US ACCESS TO OUR GOOGLE ANALYTICS? WHEN WERE YOU PLANNING TO CONVERT US TO GA4? ITS MORE THAN A YEAR OVERDUE.

    This company is a disgrace. I have worked with so many marketing/cms software companies over the past 25 yrs as a marketing manager. I have never encountered such a poorly managed company. No response at all. Nothing. Meanwhile, the basic services we are paying for have not been touched in at least six months, despite all my efforts. We are losing business as a result of this neglect. Please tell me what to do to get your attention
