Summary: Snagit is my favorite screen capture tool, and it's great for making short videos. It is incredibly flexible. It makes me a better, more efficient communicator.

Positive: Snagit is highly intuitive. It has a lot of options to enhance screen captures for easy communication. It also has video capture with simple editing capabilities that make creating short training easy. Items are saved & can be tagged for easy retrieval.

Negative: Using the screen draw tools while capturing video isn't as easy as the other capabilities, and I tend not to use them.

Summary: It has been our number one tool to take screenshots of everything we need, sometimes for internal work matters or to express something to the public and the Snagit platform has been the ideal place to highlight this. In general terms, it has good editing tools and makes sure that everything we need to do is just as we need it thanks to all its countless tools that allow us to be as precise as possible. Snagit is practicality in one place and having a platform that does the screenshots as we need it is a plus in every way, since we don't have to try to find which tool will best present the screenshot, or which allows us to obtain the desired format, this platform has everything within its spaces. First, we started with the free trial and then we became part of the team to be able to take screenshots and recordings whenever we need it. With Snagit we have promoted our communicative power within the company in the creation of guides or strategies within the work teams of each department, and with our client’s creating loyalty by editing images for campaigns.

Positive: Snagit is a handy tool that we thought we didn't need, but since we've used it, we've discovered how much the utility of the platform makes various functions easier. It allows us to record or capture screen images, the editing power is quite precise and allows us to customize the recording or image as we need it, the editing power is quite simple and intuitive and offers multiple options that are easy to understand, highlighting the crop, add text or shapes you require. The templates are very varied and always offer the right and necessary options to capture what we need to do; Likewise, it opens the possibilities for us to obtain any file we want. It works in the background without interrupting our workflow, which is perfect, because we will need it constantly and having it there whenever we need it has been essential. Among my favorite functions, the capture of the scrollable region stands out, regardless of whether it is not on the screen, in addition to the fact that Snagit really has everything we require, a fast, easy, and quality function.

Negative: Among the negative aspects, I can highlight that it is a somewhat dense and heavy platform to use on the computer and does not have a mobile platform, this would be crucial to be able to work from our phone and make mobile captures without this limitation that Snagit currently has. On the other hand, although its function is efficient and provides captures in real time, over time the platform becomes heavy and for some reason it does not work as smoothly as it did before, when we started using it. Having a blur function within the edit would be a plus for certain aspects that we need within our captures. Until now these are the negative things that we have seen, but we know that they can be improved and that they are not of great relevance for the use of the platform.

Most useful tool for recording videos.

Negative: Amazing customer support. Reliable software. No cons till now.

Summary: Great product but a pain to use for anyone with 3+ devices they need to use the same software on. Very easy to use, professional looking annotations. Just worked right out of the box. I like how easy it is to take screenshots and videos from the same software in seconds.
