Summary: Awesome system, easy to use, covers almost everything, if you use some good logic, in your set up.
I'm actually thinking of doing some set up workshops for other groomers looking at using it.Positive: I can hyperlink to a button on any email, my fb pages, or website.
Customers can click in it, choose and book a service, choose which groomer (if applicable) find the next available, or book their next 6 months ahead if they choose to.
They add their details on the first booking , which automatically creates their customer card on file.
If you don't want clients to self book, you can book them from any laptop or phone etc by logging in.
You can set your staff shifts, and staff can arrange their own hours if you choose to allow that.
You can change, move or add info to any appointment notes, and you can print out, or screenshot all upcoming appointments for a client and send to them by text.
You can do the same for staff and their daily, or weekly client appointments.
You can printout all future or past booking payments, or choose to print all no shows, weekly, daily, yearly figures.
You can when you set it up, put the percentage that groomer gets paid for that service. You can print out their daily or weekly income, or what they brought in for the business etc.
Amazingly, it's free. If you want email reminders to go to clients, it's free. SMS is a couple of cents.
This is an incredibly simple and user friendly system. It doesn't mark who has paid, but that's just so easy for me to define via the drop downs of status.
I love it so so much, and recommend it to all small business people I know, in the service, or retail sectors.Negative: It's frustrating that I can't view a month at a time for a staff member at once, on mobile phone simply to view days with zero bookings or days off. I can view a week though, so it's not a deal breaker.

On mobile, you can't book an appointment from the client cars. You have to go back out and in to the calendar.
Calendar and client overview buttons are right down the bottom, they should be on top, or as a quick button.
On mobile, clicking the back button, which is used for every other website or app in the world, actually throws you out of the site, and you have to log back I'm again. Frustrating when it happens ten times trying to book a new client in on the phone, while being busy.
It would be great to have a paid option, where you can add client profile pic, and or update pics. I.e. last groom finished look, or the one they send of how they want dog to look.
And you could add docs to their file.
Vet details, animal history, updates and reports etc.
You can't receive responses from those clients that absentmindedly, respond to the SMS number.
If you could add your own number, and pay an sms charge, to have those auto forwarded to your phone. Some clients get really confused by this.
I would love it if you could provide it as an app front entry into the system for owners, and a booking app, for clients.
The number of staff you can have is very limited. Even if a premium service could allow you more would be great.
Our business does a variety of things within it, so instead of having a page for each staff I use the staff areas, as the different parts of the business instead.
Apart from that, it's awesome.
