Negative: The backend interface changed recently which was confusing at first but has since been better, just an adjustment period.

Summary: I highly recommend SiteSearch360. I get the data I need, with the control I like. It works flawlessly within my Wordpress environment, never an issue.

Positive: Tons of control for setup, targeting specific data point, adding defined results to account for specific search queries, the appearance of the search results themselves...the features just go on and on. Not to mention seeing the actual queries, zero result queries, choosing timeframes that allow you to review for any time period...what's not to love!
Equally important is their first-rate client support. Always helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Regardless of the number of questions I asked, the support team always responded, always helped.

Negative: The pricing structure needs an additional tier just above the lowest tier. Then this would be a five star review.

Summary: Really happy with the support. For us it took few days to setup but once it is done, really easy to use.

Positive: All the features it has for the price we pay. We compared it with other 4 similar products in the market and this came on top.

Negative: Had hard time changing the billing options. Needed to unsubscribe and subscribe back again to change the payment method.
