    Poor experience all around

    Date: Jun 01 2021

Summary: I am terribly disappointed, and quite frankly, even agitated with Simply-POS. I will be replacing it with a professional-made and run software as soon as my current subscription ends.

Positive: It is somewhat easy to use, even if you've had no experience with software like it before. But other than that I cannot really recommend Simply-POS.

Negative: Long loading times that slow the workflow down, and have consistently caused issues with servicing customers.

Again, long loading times when trying to view statistics, that many a time lead nowhere despite the page having apparently loaded properly.

No in-app notification that your subscription is close to expiring. When your subscription ends, you will be immediately kicked out of the app, possibly while servicing a customer, as it happened in my case. And renewing your subscription does not just allow you to finish your transaction. No! You then have to log out of the system and log back in, making your customer have to wait even longer. This is simply bad, inexcusable design.

Finally, all subscription plans that Simply-POS offers require you to pay ahead for at least 6 months. This is payment model is obviously unfriendly towards the user and a plan where automatic payments are sent out every month of the chosen subscription should be employed instead.
