    Very underrated - great tech support and fast site

    Summary: Great service, solid hosting, team has a lot of experience. Can recommend them without any reservations.

    Positive: Used them for hosting our remote site apps and some backup work. They also helped with some app migration. Easy to communicate and they are helpful.

    Negative: They are fast but sometimes they call directly to clarify instead of email. Don't blame them but we prefer email.

    Pleasantly surprised - very good support

    Summary: Pleasantly surprised, good team, VPS is fast and support is reliable. I was recommended to use them by my designer and to buy the VPS directly from them. They were helpful in coordinating everything, and I found the VPS performance faster than my other web hosting account from a much bigger Singapore company.

    Positive: - support was very direct and reasonably fast, not robotic
    - the VPS performance was great
    - it was easy to sign up
    - they were able to install additional software for me for a small fee

    Negative: - not really a con but initially i didn't really understand the promotion details.
