ShixxNOTE Description

ShixxNOTE, a desktop sticky note (post-it), allows you to create desktop sticky notes and send them to friends or colleagues via the Internet (or network). The program operates in client/server mode, and sends messages or notes via the network to selected ShixxNOTE users. You can send messages to machines without ShixxNOTE installed. In this case, the program will use the standard Windows Messenger service for delivery. It also has alarm options to remind you of selected notes. You can also format the font, color, and appearance of notes. Other features include a reply feature, emailing notes, note exporting, printing, and more.

    Summary: Great program for keeping desktop sticky notes and also instant messenger. Easy to use. Great for communication.

    Positive: This is network enabled desktop sticky notes program. Every note you can send to your friends or colleagues in your network neighborhood. On program start ShixxNOTE scans your network for all computers in your LAN. After then in "Sending note to others" dialog you simply choose note recipient's and click send note button. They will receive exactly the same colorful note on theirs desktop with sound alert.

    Negative: There is only English language supported. Maybe author can add Spanish, German, Italian and French language.
