    Shipedge for a 4PL managing 3PLs

    Summary: The software seems very simple in the surface but it has a lot of power underneath. We replaced a software called Stone Edge and Shipping stations. It took a while to configure everything the way we wanted but we definitely improved our workflows and automated much more than we expected. The software is compartmentalized with a side to automate Marketing and Sales and the other side for simple Warehousing and fulfillment. We love the inventory forecasting and order routing.

    Positive: Very powerful and easy to use. Set it up once and then runs by itself.
    We got more features than we expected.
    Easy to add selling channels and monitor my sales. We can even connect our suppliers.
    Warehouse workers learn it quickly and seem to love it.

    Negative: The implementation and automation took longer than expected but it was worth it.
