    Summary: System used to be great, recently, now very poor.

    Positive: Work flow is sensible. Drag and drop functions well for file upload. Ease of use a plus. Customizable notifications.

    Negative: Intermittent fails to even reach login page.
    Customer service is Terrible. Emails do not get responded to.
