Summary: Sematext Cloud definitely has most robust & user friendly dashboard support for API Monitoring with excessive handy customisable tools.

Positive: Sematext Cloud definitely has been one of most scalable, inclusive, ease to setup, productive, customisable platform ever since I have integrated with.

Negative: Integration of Sematext Cloud hasn't been much hectic but little pricing issues & certain bugs need immediate notice.

Summary: It's been so good working with Sematext Cloud so far. It's been a game changer for our company after we started using this at in our division. It's been a great success for us as this tool alone is doing work for multiple tool at once which ultimately helps in increasing productivity of the company.

Positive: It provides us a detailed log management which include Sys Logs, Event Logs, Audit Trails, Data visualisation and more.
Network monitoring which comes under the full it infrastructure monitoring which helps us in monitoring things in many effective ways such as Rich HTML email notification, visual machine monitoring, multi user monitoring and more.
Performance testing is another good feature of it which helps us to track every performance related issues in our system and servers including our apps and troubleshoot the problem within the time limit.

Negative: Not as such to dislike this product at any parameters, only the deployment part was hectic and too time consuming.
Price can be concerning for low scale business, they should fist try the trial version before using the tool to understand their requirements first.
