Summary: Great application for small business or departmental management of data. Great fit would be to master product , classroom, or training master data.

Positive: The application environment is easy to set-up and has simple workflow for product review type applications. Good and fair pricing for the features you have at your fingertips. Many of the same features as larger applications.

Negative: Difficult to implement custom data-driven workflows. Complex business rules are cumbersome to implement.

Summary: This has been a good tool to start our MDM journey. We are using this tool to analyze and surface customer duplicates, and master and maintain data mappings. The resolution of customer duplicates across multiple systems is more complex that we first assumed. We needed to bring in external data as a validation source. Expect a significant amount of ETL work to set up and maintain processes to feed xDM. Operationalization of the whole MDM process has taken a significant amount of time.

Positive: The MDM solution for Semarchy is excellent and uses band of data models to load the refined data into the MDM , The team have been very supportive in explaining the product and engaging with us for collaboration.

Negative: Vendor has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning, through POC and negotiations and now that we have purchased and have implemented the solution. Focus on customer success is very strong some 12 months into our deployment.

Summary: This Master Data Management is the best I have used so far and it works perfectly fine. My experience has been great considering its capabilities

Positive: Unlike most Master Data Management solutions, this tool is easy to deploy and offers great features and functionalities making it one of the best in the market. The tool is secure and it is cloud based.

Negative: Besides the high cost of implementation, I have not experienced major issues.
