    Zix, an essential resource for secure email

    Summary: Zix is ​​notable in the general security sector of companies, as many providers use it. Honestly, seeing how easy it was to use when receiving encrypted emails led me to explore their services and I am also very grateful for that. The best for my industry, no doubt. It was as easy an execution as I have ever had and I am also not very tech savvy and most importantly, it does not require maintenance. Likewise, he is smarter than me and also captures things in case I can't remember.

    Positive: We are a company that provides various services and sell products, just like most of us use Zix. We deal heavily with PHI, personal well-being information, along with SS and also everything else necessary to apply for security coverage for our needs. Transferring this data safely and quickly is a great relief. Encrypting emails is also very easy and, more importantly, easy for our customers.

    Negative: I would ask Zix to develop smaller licensing packages. I am unhappy that we have to buy bigger packages, when we only need a few. If a competing service appears with better rates, after that, I will consider leaving Zix to avoid paying licenses that I don't need.
