Scrumwise Description
Enhancing the productivity and satisfaction of your Scrum teams can be accomplished effectively by managing task assignments and monitoring progress closely. Organize and oversee your backlogs while planning both releases and sprints, or opt for Kanban boards to visualize workflow. Anticipate delivery schedules with precision, and design customized, user-friendly Scrum and Kanban boards that refresh in real-time to keep everyone aligned. Instantly assess whether you are meeting your sprint and release goals, utilizing sprint burndown charts and release burnup charts for insights. Make timely adjustments as needed, and track time for billing and accounting purposes. Form teams, designate roles, and monitor team velocity while collaborating across different time zones. Facilitate communication with team members through chat features, announcements, and file sharing. Develop backlogs organized with lists, tags, and filters, and employ epics for an overarching view of your projects. Break down tasks into smaller, more manageable pieces using subtasks and checklists, ensuring that no detail is overlooked in the process. Ultimately, a well-structured approach fosters collaboration and efficiency, driving the team towards collective success.

Summary: We tried different tools to handle our sprints.
But they were either too simple or too complex.
Except when we found Scrumwise and in a day we had started and in a week everyone loved it.
The training required to use it is 0 and the effort to set it up was minimal.Positive: Fast start with minimal initialization work.
Very Intuitive.
Great interface.
All what we needed to follow-up our sprints and release.Negative: Nothing, we love it.
