Positive: We’ve been using ScaleOcean for over a year now, and honestly, it’s made our day-to-day operations so much easier. The dashboard gives a clear picture of what’s happening across departments. from planning to inventory, so I can spot issues before they become problems.
What I really like is how everything connects smoothly. We don’t have to jump between different tools anymore, and the reports actually help us make better improvement instead of just collecting data. The support team also deserves credit, whenever we reach out, they respond fast and really concern to understand our issues deeply.

Negative: No big complaints so far. It took a bit of time to get used to the setup, but once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth sailing.

Negative: Minor bugs at the beginning, but still manageable and doesn't interfere with usage, fixed within a short time of reporting to their team.

Positive: I work in the manufacturing field and rely heavily on technology. Before ScaleOcean, we used another ERP system, but it didn’t quite meet our needs for automating everything end-to-end (as you know, the manufacturing process is long and complex). So, we explored other ERPs and demoed ScaleOcean's system. We've been using it for over two years now, and it's been great. It integrates across all our business processes, from procurement to inventory and accounting within one system. Our needs are pretty complex, but ScaleOcean has been able to customize the system to meet our requirements. I think it’s been a nice experience. super professional and totally worth it.

Negative: As for daily use, we don’t face many issues. Sure, there are minor glitches from time to time, but they are rare. When they do happen, their team is quick to address and resolve them, keeping us informed along the way. So, i thinks its still acceptable.
