Saturn Cloud ease deployer Date: Nov 09 2024
Summary: Its currently one of the great choice for making big complex DATA SCIENCE projects and I am doing for the same. Initially you will face difficulty if you haven't use cloud services before but can be managed. Saturn cloud is a great option in deploying other models like llm, cnn, drive program etc. You also get great features in free version which makes it better then other cloud services.
Positive: I like the interface and features supporting PyCharm beside Jupityr Notebook and the customer services is also very pleasant. The main part is user can scale their data science projects, the scalability is better than any other tools in market.
Negative: I think the yearly model pricing can be improved, few designs can be better, more better integration required while working in editor interface. The user experience for beginners can be tough in handling and understanding the Saturn Cloud initially can be worked upon this.

Perfect Platform for Testing Open-Source LLMs Date: Sep 21 2024
Summary: Unleashing the full potential of open-source LLMs was made possible thanks to Saturn Cloud. Allowing me to seamlessly add GPUs, immensely accelerated my experimentation process, providing a highly customised sandbox-like environment, ideal for any task that can benefit from the specialisation of customised machine learning and data science.
Positive: I’ve maintained an account with Saturn Cloud for the past several months while testing out open-source large language models (LLMs), and it’s been instrumental in the process. The Dask and GPU-support infrastructure has been great at allowing me to scale my experiments efficiently since I can't run LLMs on my local computer. A nifty trick I’ve learned is to run the machine-learning framework with normal CPU threads in the custom environment, and then use dask to allocate workers that propel training forwards. All of these packages work together seamlessly, and the Jupyter Notebook interface is great too for rapid iteration and experimentation. The fact that one can save the workshop makes collaboration and sharing resources with other members of my team possible, and customer support is incredibly responsive and helpful when I encounter any issues.
Negative: The downside is that paying for compute on a smaller scale can be hard if you’re not keeping an eye on things, and it will take some learning if you’ve not used distributed computing with Dask before (but the documentation is rather good).

Strongly recommend Date: Apr 11 2024
Summary: I am recommending this service as the setting up of the development is easy, can be linked it with GitHub repositories and the code can be written up directly in the web interface through Jupyter Lab
Positive: I like the performance that it provides for the small prices they have. I am currently training some neural networks using Tensorflow and the configuration is provided by default when starting a new resource, no need for complications with setting up the environment
Negative: For the moment there is no major problem. The only thing that could sometimes be slightly annoying the slow start time of a resource.

Why I keep Coming to Saturn Cloud Date: Jan 31 2024
Summary: Saturn cloud has helped help me practice my machine learning and training skills. Without Saturn cloud, I wouldn't have had this much knowledge that I am carrying right now.
Positive: I love how fast Saturn cloud GPUs are. Starting with the most basic ones, they run fast compared to Colab. I experienced this firsthand while training the diffusion model, it ran faster on Saturn cloud despite all being Nvidia T4s. Also, Saturn cloud gives you a definite limit so you are aware of your timeouts. Other providers like Colab will delete your resources and leave you gnashing your teeth.
Negative: Well, none is perfect. Am not fond of the vanilla jupyter interface. Could be enhance I guess to include like code line numbers, some nice themes.
