Summary: Safetica made data recovery much easier; previously we didn't have any software that was able to collect information from various platforms and offer us immediate data recovery, this was quite frustrating because sometimes some of our employees would delete relevant information on platforms like Slack or Dropbox, and this platform was the essential service to recover that data without so much effort. For now, I consider my experience to be an 8/10, since the implementation process upset me quite a bit, because of how late it was, however, Safetica has been a service that has left me speechless, very effective and beneficial to recover data quickly.

Positive: Never before have we been able to manage the data within our company in this way, Safetica helps to control all incoming and outgoing information. I liked the following features:

1. it allowed us to see the data inputs and outputs in real time; we were able to integrate this platform with several software, one of them was Slack software, we were able to correctly control all the information and detect any data leakage quickly.
2. It is a powerful tool to avoid human errors, every time an employee has deleted something by mistake, they can turn to us so that we can recover this information, either from some cloud storage software, as well as within the Slack software or within any other software, it also allows to recover information from the computer.
3. It has a very powerful security system, which is able to detect malwares that may be stealing information without the user knowing it, it allows to block all those malwares that steal information, it allows to clean the networks and clean the connections with the computers to avoid data theft.
4. It allows the immediate blocking of Pishing sites, since it has a web monitoring which is able to protect the user's login information.
5. The data recovery process is executed in a very short time, we only have to select the origin of the information to recover and in a few minutes we will have the recovered data.

Negative: Implementing Safetica throughout our company for the first time was a big challenge for us, even though we had the support of Safetica's support team, the implementation process was not so simple, it took us a long time to link and integrate several softwares to this platform in order to have a data recovery, as well as it took us a long time to link it with the different computers we use. I believe that Safetica should have an easier implementation.

Summary: The security solution is easy to implement and configure, which makes it a great tool. its ability to control user access to files and carpets is one of the features we like the most, it allows us to establish roles and privileges for users and restrict access to data that we consider sensitive or critical.

Positive: the interface is simple and easy to use, we like the ability to block users who intend to share files with external applications, preventing them from being able to send files to third parties without the permission of the administrators, it has a great ability to generate reports, post detailed reports on the use of the devices, the time of use and the focus of the users.

Negative: Updates could be very expensive, there is not much technical documentation.

Summary: You will receive everything a complete DLP solution should provide. Also a great add-on feature are reports that are simple to create and look good for management.

Positive: Safetica is simple to learn, so it doesn't take long to train a new team member. Everything we wanted has been achieved by this system. When data protection security settings are taken into account, the programme is excellent. Additionally, technical support is A-grade.

Negative: I have no comments, the tool has all the features I expected.

Negative: Compatibility with other security tools such as antivirus, security certificates and legacy software components.

Summary: The Safetica product is a tool that meets the needs of a significant number of companies in the field of data protection. The solution is aimed at medium and large organizations, but it is a product that is ideal for smaller organizations with less than 100 users.

Positive: Safetica is a solution that can be implemented in an organization that is aware of its flows as well as in an organization that is just getting to know its environment. Audit functions with suggestions on what to pay attention to, an easy-to-use interface and a logical structure of rules and relations between them allow you to have good control over data in our organizations.

Negative: The downside is the incomplete functionality of the web interface for administrators, I hope that the next version will contain additional functions. Currently, it is the interface for the team manager, team leader.

Summary: Best solution. For beginners, the product is really understandable.

Positive: Easy to use. And better to understand the solutions for end user. Interface is very easy to use. User friendly.

Negative: Nothing to say about it. It's a good one. Enterprise edition.
