Summary: The best part about Routespring is the people who work there. The Customer Service we received was A+. Definitely some of the best customer support I've personally ever experienced in any industry. We cover travel costs for the presenters and rare disease patients who attend our annual Conference, and these attendees are spread across the U.S. and Europe. We came to Routespring after another agency completely dropped the ball on setting up our account, and we were panicking about what to do as the clock was ticking on rising flight prices. Anup and his team quickly picked the ball up and made a touchdown - they solved a problem that had nothing to even do with them and made it an amazing and easy experience for all of us as well. Many of our guests are not tech savvy, but there was always a friendly rep there to help guide them through anything they didn't understand. And their response time for our guests who had questions was phenomenal, even on the weekend. Plus they tweaked a few things on the backend to help customize the service to our needs. And their selection of airlines is very comprehensive - everyone who booked got to fly on their preferred airline, and all ticket prices came in under our budget. We've been telling everyone about how easy this platform is to use but, more importantly, how wonderful the staff is to work with, and we will continue to do so.

Positive: We no longer have to go through the travel receipt and reimbursement mess. It's an easy to use platform, it has a comprehensive list of airlines/flights available, you can set a cap on spending and anyone around the world can use it.

Negative: We received feedback from some of our users that it isn't super intuitive where to go once you create your account and want to start booking a flight. But customer service was there to help them figure it out, and we create a step-by-step instruction sheet for the less tech-savvy in our group to reference if needed.

Summary: RouteSpring makes it very easy to have visibility and control on our travel spend. Our Company has seen incredible savings on our Travel Spend since moving to RouteSpring, due to their comprehensive pricing controls and competitive pricing.

Positive: Great Customer Service and Account Management. Able to make changes and process updates on short-timelines. Competitive rates and consistent communication on how to bring costs down.

Negative: Reporting can be improved, but any requests we have made on this front have been quickly implemented or fixed by their product team.

Summary: Using the Routespring’s app is very easy to navigate no issues or concerns with that the customer service is extremely helpful and prompt in getting back to you and taking care of any issues you may have.

Positive: Ease of the app, The customer service is very helpful, they get back to you right away. They definitely help with any issues you may have.

Negative: In my experience using the Routespring app I have not run into any issues or concerns with it.

Summary: Overall, the app makes it easy for me to make my travel arrangements or to change them when necessary.

Positive: I like being able to sort through different selections to find exactly what I want. I like having several sort options.

Negative: Giving me Hearing Impaired or Mobility Accessible rooms as my only choice. WHY? I don’t like taking those rooms from someone else who might need them.

Summary: Routespring helps me book all my travel without using my credit cards for payment. I like the option of not using my personal credit card for business travel.

Positive: Ever since my company started using Routespring, I don't have to bother about using my personal credit card for booking travel. All your travel - flights, hotels, cars - can be booked through your company's central billing method. I find it very convenient!

Negative: I lose the opportunity to earn cash back, but at least I don't have to wait for my company to reimburse my travel expenses.

Summary: They help me manage business travel with super-efficient and reliable service. I would recommend to my friends.

Positive: Best travel service I have ever used. Respond fast, and excellent in handling any situation. I had great experience with them.

Positive: As far as the product goes, everything is just simple and intuitive. The travel support team is better than the best I ever experienced - super responsive and caring for your travel needs.

Negative: I wish they integrate with Slack to make it easier for me to maintain important details in one place.

Summary: It is the best travel app I have used for business travel. It helps intuitively follow company's travel policy without being too intimidating. Most importantly, the customer service is always available to help when travel gets disrupted for any reason.

Positive: It is a very easy-to-use application. Their customer support is also very responsive. Any request is almost immediately attended and resolved.

Negative: I can't think of anything. I love the ease of use and responsiveness of the team.

Summary: Routespring has a great dashboard where we can get insights on our travel spend, get visibility in compliance and importantly, our traveler don't have to use their personal credit cards to pay for travel.

Positive: It was very easy to roll out to our teams. Everything is mostly self-explanatory and requires no training.

Of all, our team loves their customer support. They are very prompt and professional in resolving any matter quickly.

Negative: There isn't much here. Our team is happy using Routespring.
