Summary: I like that this product is simple to use and offers a single dashboard for all HR-related tasks. It makes everyone's jobs easier and more convenient. The competitive benefit packages and affordable health insurance make it a fantastic choice for everyone.
Positive: If you want to maintain a global standard, you must hire foreign employees. This process takes a long time and is a little complicated. I strongly recommend Rivermate because of their expertise, which can surely make this procedure extremely easy and quick for you. They have allowed me to hire highly qualified and competent individuals from Canada, India, and Japan. The platform manages all administrative complexities and provides strong privacy and intellectual property protections.
Negative: It seems out of place to me that benefits customisation for some countries might take longer than expected. They should start working on it.
