    Summary: Review Board is a great Free and open source alternative to Crucible. It has lots of third party integrations and can be self hosted or be setup on multiple cloud offerings.

    Positive: Free & Open source.
    Self Hosted or cloud host.
    Review source code, images and pdf documents.

    Connects with SVN , git and other repositories.
    Lots of third party integrations.
    Frequently updated.

    Negative: Interface is outdated BUT that's just a nitpick for a self hosted FOSS solution it's a great alternative to premium solutions.
