Reservations 9.0 is designed for hotels, Inns and B&B's. It allows you to track guests, site availability, and allows you to create unlimited rooms/rates. You can customize select reports, invoices, confirmations, and check-in forms. To track shifts/vacations of staff or other admin-related items, use the office calendar. Five different security login permissions are available. You can also turn off login passwords. You can customize with your logo and set color coding to display the availability calendar. Based on the percentage entered, add service charges or tips. Rates can be set per person or per night and flagged for two tax rates. You can set up unlimited rooms/sites with seasonal or static rates. Keep track of guest information, including family/marketing points, and the history of each stay.
