Summary: I enjoy using the service, the capabilities are awesome but not endless... One of the things I have noticed is that; there aren't enough customizations for the music visualizers. A Lot of them feel limited and restricted. As in, you can't alter the background, the fx on video or change the entire aspect of the visual. One other issue that I have with the service is that; I'm not able to produce a video close to 1 hour of visualization. I'm not too sure if this is just my setup but the website is unable to render composing the music visualizer if it is over 30 minutes. I enjoy using the service, I would highly recommend it to another user.

Positive: Variety of choices to pick from. Some music visualizers are inspiring and easy to use. Family-friendly and user-friendly.

Negative: Not enough customizations regarding the music visualizers, and the service is unable to render and compose visualizers longer than 30 minutes.

Summary: We are very happy with the program so far and have just recently started putting the series on Linkedin. We have many more to build but the look and sound are what we were looking for and the cost is very reasonable as well.

Positive: The voice-over is exceptionally good and does not sound like it is computer-based at all. My people were amazed at this. The program itself is very easy to use and once you use it a couple of times it really becomes quite easy. I love the look and quality of the videos.

Negative: When writing the script for the voice-over and after listening to the finished product, if you want to make a change you have to retype the entire text as it is no longer there for editing. This facilitates the need for cutting and pasting (which is easily forgotten) or you will be retyping constantly. it would be nice not to have to do that. On the same subject if you were able to utilize more punctuation or something similar which would allow for voice fluctuations and easier timing of pauses etc. in the computer voice over. Another nice feature might be for checkmarks and X-Marks etc. would be to have a timing feature so as to control the text to match the voice over. I have yet to find a way to make my fonts, font size, colors or music to be set as my permanent preference when I start a new video, as we are creating a series and consistency is key. Currently, I use your available templates but I have to set them again for the next video. We also noticed that the typed text when using a text holder slide wiggles for some reason on playback, and does it consistently not a huge deal but curious as to why?

Summary: My experience with Renderforest had been great, as their pricing is fair and their products are top-notch. I’ve looked everywhere at different technologies to accomplish my music production goals and Renderforest beats them all! They also have a good customer service team! Thank you Renderforest!!

Positive: Renderforest has a great product on their hands. I love the selection of Music templates as I am an Electronic Music Producer and use Renderforest to promote my music on Instagram and Facebook. Renderforests templates are the best I’ve found for this purpose, they might consider adding more to the offering.

Negative: I’ve found that the download time with certain high-quality music templates is too slow Renderforest. Please address this issue because I don’t have the time to wait hours and hours for a template to be published. This is the only negative that I’ve found with Renderfores.

Summary: Allows our small business to create explainer videos that are helpful to patients. Without Renderforest we would be paying gig artists to do the same thing for a much higher cost.

Positive: Renderforest is easy to use, allows the use of real photos and has a large selection of pre-made templates.
Affordable option when compared to hiring a gig artist for the same simple work.

Negative: Wish there were more customizable characters and the program could be expanded to offer more types of business premade templates.

Summary: An overall good experience and I would recommend the program to others, with the caveat that there is a lack of black and brown characters. I am a student at an HBCU so this will turn a lot of students off.

Positive: -The ability to join scenes and create a great presentation
-Fairly easy to use
-Good variety of scenes

Negative: -Lack of diversity in characters (my current experience is only with whiteboard) is very disappointing and may cause me not to renew
-I haven't been able to find a way to upload my own photo to a scene (I would like to add a page a the end with photos of my group members

Summary: Renderforrest is my go-to for our school promotional videos and Student Council events! We mostly use the unique logo "intro" creators, but there are some neat slide show transitions that can help make your hype videos come to life.

Positive: -Simple plug and create platform
-High-quality videos
-Allows novice users to create a professional-looking product
-Constant updates

Negative: -The billing changed as you used to be able to pay a "per download" fee
-Some of the rendering and preview for "slideshows" takes forever (especially if you have videos added in) which adds considerable time to editing.
-Multi-color logos may not show up very well in some of the logo intros.

Summary: I love the experience and the feeling you get seeing your project finished to show off to the world!

Positive: The plug-in and play aspect of the videos.
Variety of videos offered.
Amazing resolution options when you're finished.
Customer service is amazing.

Negative: You can't edit your video and redownload it because people mess up or forget things.

Summary: My overall experience with renderforest has been wonderfull. Can't complain!

Positive: It is very easy to use and the templates are amazing! Also, the staff is really helpful and friendly.

Negative: It would be better to have a cheaper or more valuable pricing option. Like maybe discounts for an X number of videos.

Negative: Me gustaría a ver visto más opciones de animación 3D enfocado en la moda, creo que sería una alternativa más para quienes trabajamos en este sector. Espero ver pronto esa plantilla de animación enfocado en la moda ( tiendas, personal shopper, compras eventos de moda etc. ).
En cuanto al logo aún no me convence la calidad visual cuando lo paso a videos.

Summary: Overall I would rate my experience as fairly positive. We plan to keep our subscription for a couple more months.

Positive: The designs are clean, and the platform is fairly easy to use. A good alternative to PlaceIt.net, but would point to the cons outweighing the pros.

Negative: Not enough design options especially with modern style phone designs and transparent backgrounds. Not as competitive as PlaceIt.net regarding the monthly subscription.

Summary: Overall it’s been a good experience using this product. I hope to see some improvements in the future on the preview function and template selection, but so far it’s been a positive experience.

Positive: It has been a lot of fun using this product and creating memorable videos. I truly enjoy how easy it is to upload my own pictures and videos to use in my designs.

Negative: I wish each template had more options for logo reveals, place holders for images and videos.

I have been using this product for about 2 months now and my biggest issue is how long it takes to render a video for a preview. I have waited sometimes over 15-20 minutes - just to preview the video to see if I want changes. That honestly is almost a deal breaker for me.

Summary: I decided to try Renderforest, hoping to use an innovative service with artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The service doesn’t function as AI at all—it simply finds the closest matching images or videos based on your query. This is nothing more than a basic search engine wrapped in an appealing marketing package.

When I realized that the service didn’t live up to its promises, I requested a refund. However, Renderforest refused, claiming that I had created two videos, which supposedly justified the $39 charge. It’s worth noting that these videos were created while I was still trying to understand how the service worked, and the results were entirely unsatisfactory.

I find this policy unfair, and the service itself feels deceptive. Renderforest is absolutely not worth the cost, even with discounts. I would strongly advise against wasting your time or money on it.

If you’re looking for a genuine, high-quality tool with real AI capabilities, Renderforest is definitely not the right choice. This service leaves a bitter taste and a sense of being scammed.

Positive: I don't even know who it can be useful for, because those videos or previews are the same and have been used by everyone. If you want to stand out, then Renderforest won't help you.

Negative: The announced AI does not work.
Tech support takes a long time to respond.
The price does not match the quality.
Limited video editing functionality.
