Positive: Reedsy Studio is easy to use. I was looking for tools online to help me organize and write, and find more information on formatting and publishing, and Reedsy was there. It has the ability to share your book, separate it into chapters, and even has sections for front of the book stuff (like table of contents) and back of the book stuff. The FAQ talks about publishing and the marketplace where you can find people to work with.

Negative: Some stuff is behind a paywall, and I can't currently afford that.

Summary: Reedsy Studio is super easy to use, and between the manuscript and boards I'm able to keep all my information and writing in one place.

Positive: The cost of membership for both the manuscript and boards option is really reasonable compared to other writing platforms. The manuscript being broken down into sections is really nice and the goals and insights has been exceptionally helpful for me to keep on track with my writing.

Negative: The boards have limited option for customization, but this feature is still in beta and offers enough selection as is to allow for outlines, and simple character sheets.

Summary: Reedsy is by far the best app I've used. My chapter and ideas are organized and it formats my manuscript for me. This makes the writing process a whole lot easier.

Negative: I would like some sort of help for suggested alternative words for dead words or words used more frequently.

Summary: Reedsy saved my story that I had been plotting for the past three years. I was perfectly capable of writing it myself, the only problem was there was several hundred years of lore, countries, religion, theology, and characters. It was very hard to keep written down let alone in my head.

Reedsy has a free and paid version. They offered a 30 day trial and it was the best decision of my life because I got to actually start writing my story, my characters are well developed, the lore is perfectly organized. I am beyond satisfied.

Collaborate with my editor directly on the chapters (with comments provided) in a game-changing manner. The automatic versioning allows the catastrophes to be activated, and the export PDF/epub is available for download.

Negative: The icing on the cake: No ads, no distractions — just the essentials to create. If you receive a delivery, it is INDISPENSABLE.”

Summary: Overall experience so far is smooth and easy, and my work is going very well and I look forward to writing every day with Reedsy :)

Positive: The chapters are very well organized which makes them easily accessible, and you can create your own personalized word count goals, which really help me stay on track and stay motivated! The layout is clear and simple to help the writing experience go smooth.

Negative: There isn't anything I hated, but I would prefer if there were more ways to decorate pages like with better scene break options other than just the *** pattern
