    Great Resource & Awesome App!

    Summary: Overall, I love this app myself and can see other brokerages trying to figure out how Redfin did it. Best real estate app thus far.

    Positive: The Redfin App pulls accurate information right away from the Multiple Listing Service. It helps keep buyers and sellers aware of the market. If a seller is looking to sell their home, it even offers a "Redfin Estimate" that is usually very close or spot on for the accurate value. I am a Realtor with another brokerage and have to say that Redfin's app is unmatched so far.

    Negative: I really can't think of a con for this app. So far, it has all the features that someone would need. The only con that I can say some clients haven't liked for the brokerage is that you sign up with one Redfin Realtor but it's transactional so you'll work with different people throughout the transaction.
