Summary: Extremely happy! The customer support is gold star!! Would recommend this program to an size business.
Positive: I have been using Recipe Cost Calculator for 3 years now and an irreplaceable resource. The customer service provided by Daniel, the creator, is beyond exceptional. I usually hear back from
him within hours but never longer then a day. I initially purchased this program because I needed to create Canadian nutrition labels and most of the other programs were US based and did not offer the that. This program has an extensive product ingredients library so there are only a few items I have to enter manually. The program is very easy to use both from my desk top as well as my phone or iPad. It has far more features then I use with my business ( inventory, purchase orders, production plans etc). The only discouraging thing for me is that it is billed in US$ with at the moment, adds about 45% to my cost. I have looked into other programs but this is still the one I choose to stay with, mainly due to the amazing customer support they provide.Negative: Billed in US$ so the moment it adds about 45% to subscription cost.
